Your work will involve: 1. Checking availability of doctors to assign cases to them 2. Ensure there are enough cases in the queue for doctors 3. Engage with the screeners/data team for more cases 4. Reassignment of tickets to doctors who confirm availability 5. Ensuring tickets are cleared from individual queues as well as unresolved queues.
